I actually found Invictus from a ChatGPT search for a highly rated pool service/repair company. They did not disappoint. The service we received from Invictus was top notch. We replaced 2 20-year-old pumps, an electric heater, and much of the piping and valves. Patrick (the owner) was always available to answer questions and walk us through the process. Billy (the installer) did an excellent job and made sure everything was setup properly and even add labels to all equipment. They showed up when scheduled and were able to handle all the items we needed addressed. I would highly recommend them.

Patrick was very responsive with all of my questions about replacing my old pool filter. I'm glad we went with Invictus. The install was quick and the result looks and performs great.

Patrick and his team have been wonderful. They’ve been super responsive and have turned our pool around in just a few days!
